The French Riviera has one of the world's most pleasant climates. Weather is rarely bad; that's why people come here! Sunshine runs between 2500 to 2800 hours per year and rainfall averages about 1100mm along the coast. Snow is extremely infrequent along the coast and heat waves are tempered by the Mediterranean.
